- 1 cup sugar-free Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener (like stevia or erythritol)
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- Sugar-free whipped cream (optional)

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:
