Consultation (pre-surgery/treatment)

Passage Asia provides pre-surgery or pre-surgery/treatment consultation services led by experienced patient care managers. Depending on the client’s preferences, these consultations can be conducted online or in person. The main goal of the consultation is to gather as much information as possible about the client’s medical condition, medical care needs, and other relevant information for the doctors to analyze.

During the consultation, the patient care manager will ask a series of questions to better understand the client’s medical history, including any past surgeries or medical procedures, current medications, and any allergies. They will also inquire about the client’s current health status and any symptoms they may be experiencing. This information is crucial in helping the doctor to develop an accurate diagnosis and create a customized treatment plan that is tailored to the client’s specific needs.

The patient care manager will also provide the client with information on what to expect during the surgery or treatment process. This includes details about the procedure itself, as well as pre-surgery and post-surgery care. They will also answer any questions or concerns that the client may have about the procedure or treatment. In addition to gathering information, the consultation provides an opportunity for the client to get to know their patient care manager and establish a relationship of trust and communication. The patient care manager will be the client’s main point of contact throughout the entire treatment process, and having a good relationship with them can help to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Passage Asia’s pre-surgery/treatment consultation services are an important part of the treatment process, providing clients with the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their medical care. By working closely with experienced patient care managers, clients can rest assured that they are in good hands and receive the best possible care.
